Step2:Heat a small amount of cooking oil in a medium hot pot. Dry fry the fish skin downward for 10 seconds. Press the fish meat gently with the spatula to set the shape. Continue to cut for 1 minute and turn over. Add in white wine and cook until almost all the wine is almost done and then you can get out of the pot.
Step3:Put the ingredients of the sauce - cream, mustard, salad dressing, sugar - into the fish frying pan and boil it. Pour it on the fish and serve as the sauce.
