Pingqiao tofu

I live in the hometown of Huaiyang cuisine. I always order my favorite Pingqiao tofu when I go to a restaurant. Today, I buy a piece of tofu and do it myself.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Boil the tender tofu with boiling water and a little salt. Cut into cubes in supercooled water. Cut into minced meat, shredded bamboo shoots, shredded ham, diced mushrooms, chopped green onion and ginger.
