I live in the hometown of Huaiyang cuisine. I always order my favorite Pingqiao tofu when I go to a restaurant. Today, I buy a piece of tofu and do it myself.
Step1:Boil the tender tofu with boiling water and a little salt. Cut into cubes in supercooled water. Cut into minced meat, shredded bamboo shoots, shredded ham, diced mushrooms, chopped green onion and ginger.

Step5:Pour in the diced tofu and cook it over medium heat until it boil
Step6:Turn to small heat, thicken with water starch, add salt, season with white pepper. When the soup is thick, turn off the heat, drop 2 drops of sesame oil and sprinkle some chopped green onion into a bowl
