Our family has always been dominated by pasta. In addition to the noodles with soy sauce and fried sauce, the noodles with lentil stew are also the favorite of my husband and Migo. It's mainly simple and quick. You don't need to prepare many materials in advance. You can cook some congee with stick and dregs. Don't be too delicious.
Step1:Preparation materials: shredded beans, streaky pork (with milk, soy sauce and cooking wine), white jade fresh noodles, various onions, garlic and seasonings.
Step2:Mix the raw noodles with sesame oil. Put the hot gas into the steamer. Steam over medium heat for 20 minutes. Put it in the steamer for standby.
Step3:Add shredded meat, onion, garlic, seasoning, salt and soy beans to the oil pan, stir fry them in turn, then pour a bowl of water into the pan. Cover the pan until the beans are cooked, and take in some soup after the beans are cooked.
Step4:Put the steamed noodles into the wok and mix well. Cover the wok with a small heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Drain the soup.
