There are also many partners who have responded to this situation. It doesn't matter if the dough is a little sticky. Please don't add powder. After kneading, put some oil on the hand. Then take the dough again. Then the dough won't stick to the hand. Bread with a lot of water and a little sticky will be soft. Let's make bread as soft as a bakery at home without additives and Bread Improvers. This is what I have been pursuing.

Step3:Roll the dough in a sealed container. Ferment at room temperature. Fermentation at 28 ℃ for 80 minutes.
Step4:Dip your fingers in flour and poke holes in the dough. The hole does not shrink. The dough does not collapse. It means it has been fermented.
Step5:Ferment the dough and pour it on the operating platform. Pat the dough gently to exhaust.
Step6:Divide the dough into 8 parts on average. Roll each part by hand. Cover with plastic wrap and relax for 15 minutes.
Step7:Roll the dough into an oval shape. Turn it upside down and cross it. Use your hands to slightly pull both ends. Make it into a rectangle. Thin the bottom edge.
Step8:Roll it up from top to bottom. Then squeeze the bottom edge. Place the bottom side down in the baking pan.
Step9:Put the pan in the oven. Put two bowls of hot water in the oven. Put a large bowl of hot water in a small household oven. There should be a gap between the water and the mold, just like the picture. Close the oven door and ferment for 40-50 minutes.
