Step1:A green melon.
Step2:Peel and slice. Cut the cucumber thinly.
Step3:Cut the lean meat as thin as possible. One teaspoon salt, two teaspoons oyster sauce, two teaspoons soy sauce, a little sesame oil and some five spice powder. Put down the lean meat. Mix with your hands. Marinate for five minutes.
Step4:Garlic. Smash.
Step5:Heat the oil. Stir fry the garlic.
Step6:Marinate the meat. Stir fry it over high heat.
Step7:The lean meat is almost ripe. Let's have the green melon again.
Step8:Fire. Stir fry. Five minutes.
Step9:Try it first. If it's not enough, sprinkle some salt and fry it to make it out of the pot.
