Step9:Roll the dough up and down into strips. Rub it long.
Step10:Flatten one end of the dough with a rolling pin. Roll up the long noodles. Put the other end on the flattened dough. Wrap the dough with the flattened dough. Tighten the mouth.
Step11:Put the dough on the baking tray paved with oil paper. Cut six holes evenly with scissors to form a flower shape. Put it in a warm and humid place for secondary fermentation.
Step12:After the second fermentation, brush the surface of the dough with egg liquid and sprinkle almond slices.
Step13:Put it in the middle layer of the oven that has been preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees and 170 degrees.
