Step12:Take 1 / 3 of the protein and put it in the cocoa yolk paste.

Step16:Pour the mixed cocoa cake paste into the 8-inch mold. Smooth the surface.
Step17:After three times of light vibration, put it into the preheated oven for baking. The temperature is 165 ℃ for the lower tube and 110 ℃ for the upper tube. The time is 60 minutes. (observe the surface coloring in the last few minutes. If the color is light, the upper tube temperature can be increased.

Cooking tips:1. If you like cocoa, you can add more cocoa powder. But the amount of low cocoa powder should be reduced accordingly. 2.
