Step1:Get all the materials ready. Ginger and ribs are not photographed. Boil the ribs first. Take them out.

Step3:Open the fire first and then simmer slowly. One and a half hours of salt will do.
Cooking tips:I prefer to stew with keels. Keels taste better than ribs. This material can be used for chicken. There are skills in making stewed pork ribs soup.
