There are a lot of new sea cucumbers in our family. We eat them regularly every day. It's a tonic. If you have more to eat, you'll be tempted to do something different. I made some steamed eggs with sea cucumber for breakfast. Soft and tender egg soup. Sea cucumber with Q bullet. It's delicious.. -
Step1:Sea cucumber blade. Cut the middle part into four pieces. Dice the rest. This is the quantity of one. I steam it in two bowls
Step2:The egg is knocked into the bowl. There is something else in it that is the juice in the sea cucumber package.
Step3:Add in the raw sauce.
Step4:Add oyster sauce.
Step5:Add salt and cooking wine.
Step6:Break it up into egg liquid.
Step7:Add 1.52 times cool white. Then hit evenly.
Step8:Put the diced sea cucumber in the steaming bowl.
Step9:Sift the egg. Sieve into a steaming bowl.
Step10:It's only eight minutes.
Step11:Cover the steaming bowl. Steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
Step12:In eight minutes, put the whole piece of sea cucumber into a steaming bowl. Sprinkle some scallion. Then cover it and steam. Turn off the heat. Simmer for a few minutes.
Step13:Pour a little sesame oil after you leave the pot.
Step14:Super delicious.
Cooking tips:Make sure you cover it.. Prevent steam from dripping into the custard. It's not even until it's screened. It will be more tender than tap water. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
