Step1:Mince the meat from different directions to make the meat more delicate.
Step2:Dry mushroom with warm water.
Step3:Dig a hole in the middle of the minced meat. Add two spoonfuls of mushroom water and stir until it is completely absorbed. Repeat three times.
Step4:Add chopped ginger and scallion, salt and soy sauce. Stir with spoon in one direction until stiff (as shown in the picture).
Step5:Deep fry the hot oil until it floats. Drain.
Step6:Wash and cut the broccoli into small pieces. Blanch in boiling water with salt and a little oil for a few seconds. Remove the discoloration immediately. Put the circle on the plate.
Step7:Mushrooms. Add a small bowl of mushroom water to the balls. Cover and boil.
Step8:Season with oyster sauce, add soy sauce and color. Add starch (1 scoop of powder and 2 scoops of water) to the sauce. Pour in a small amount of sesame oil.
Step9:Come out of the pot and put it in the middle of the broccoli.
Step10:Done.
Cooking tips:The meatballs can be fried more at a time. Let them cool and freeze. Cooking, noodles, soup and hot pot are all OK. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
