Step1:Wash chicken legs with water to remove blood. Add chicken legs with water and some scallion, ginger and garlic cooking wine. Cook for 30 minutes until well done.
Step2:Shred the cooked chicken legs. Add some salt, sesame oil, sugar and soy sauce.
Step3:Heat oil + pepper + dried pepper in the pot. When it's boiled, pour it on the shredded chicken and mix well. Let it cool before eating. It's better to ice it in the refrigerator
