It's a slow dish to cook assorted dishes. There are more than ten kinds of materials. The production time is not enough in one day. This dish is made at home during the Spring Festival.

Step3:It takes more than ten hours to soak the dried Yulan slices. First, open the blister. If time is not enough, you can press it in a pressure cooker for half an hour. Cool and shred.

Step6:Add ginger, garlic and pepper to the oil pot. Stir fry the stomach, heart and tongue to change color.
Step7:Add water to garlic. Sliced Magnolia. Boil it over high heat and simmer it over low heat.
Step8:Cook until the tripe is tender. Add salt and pepper to the squid. Stew the green shoots, vegetables, carrots and mushrooms for another 10 minutes.
Step9:Braised assorted food. It's just a fresh word.
