Step1:All materials shall be weighed and put into the barrel of the bread machine. Some water shall be reserved first. The dough shall be added according to the degree of dryness and wetness.
Step2:Start the kneading procedure. Knead out the thick film. Add in the dried fruit and continue kneading.
Step3:After kneading, sprinkle a thin layer of flour for the first fermentation. It's about 28 degrees.
Step4:Ferment to about twice the size.
Step5:Take out the exhaust gas and divide it into six parts to cover the wet gauze for the second fermentation for half an hour at room temperature.
Step6:After fermentation, roll it into a tongue shape and then roll it up.
Step7:Slightly adjust the shape. Tighten the joint.
Step8:Put it in Siemens oven for the third fermentation. Put a bowl of hot water next to it.
Step9:After twice the fermentation, sprinkle the flour. Cross the surface. Preheat the Siemens oven 180 degrees. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Step10:It's out. Bread full of grape flavor.
Step11:It's crispy outside and soft inside. It's fragrant.
Cooking tips:The water absorption of each flour is different. Reserve some water first. Add it while observing. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
