Step11:Add soy sauce and salt. Pour in some warm water. No ingredients. Use warm water as much as possible. If it's cold water, it will make the meat shrink. It will taste a little woody.
Step12:Cover the pot. Turn to low heat after boiling. Cook for 20 minutes.
Step13:Add taro. Cover and cook for 15 minutes. It can also be converted into chestnut. It's also delicious to make braised pork with chestnut.
