This is the first dish I learned on the way to learn how to cook. It's still stir fried. It's also my favorite.

Step2:Marinate the selected meat with Donggu soy sauce for 2 minutes.

Step4:Stir fry the screw peppers with salt until cooked. Pour in the meat slices just now and add the Donggu soy sauce, Meiji, spicy sauce, stir fry. Then add salt, MSG, chicken powder and seasoning.
