The soul of baking has been burning in my body recently. I want to make cakes, too.. But no oven?? It's OK. I have a universal electric cooker. I can make soup, stew, porridge and rice. Now it has developed new skills in making cakes.
Step1:Prepare materials
Step2:Separate the yolk from the protein. The protein must be put in a clean container without oil and water. It is not allowed to mix in the yolk. The eggbeater should also be clean without oil or water.
Step3:Mix the yolk, brown sugar and white sugar evenly. Pour in the oil and stir evenly. Then add the milk and stir evenly.
Step4:Then sift in the flour and stir in the baking powder.
Step5:Mix with chocolate sauce and cocoa powder. Cut and mix. It's a way of cooking with a shovel. (mixing in circles will make the flour gluten.)
Step6:Whisk the egg whites, add sugar and two drops of white vinegar or lemon juice. The electric egg beater can't pour until you insert a chopstick. Just buckle the egg beater upside down and leave nothing on your head. (I spent about 10 minutes on three proteins
Step7:The albumen paste is added into the yolk paste three times. Mix well by cutting and mixing.
Step8:During mixing, heat the electric cooker in boiling mode for 5 minutes. Pour the paste into the liner. Shake it a few times to make bubbles. Open the cooking mode. Jump to the heat preservation mode. Cover the air outlet with a wet towel and simmer for 20 minutes. Poke with a toothpick after 20 minutes. If the toothpick is still clean, OK. Otherwise, it's better to wait for the cooking mode and then jump to the heat preservation mode. Continue to block the air and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step9:Take out the liner carefully. Buckle it upside down and release it slowly. (operate with gloves in this step. Don't burn your hands ~
Step10:Does it look lovely.
Step11:My roommate said it tastes like old Hong Kong
Step12:No chocolate sauce is the original Qifeng cake
Step13:By the way, I also made a group of ugly tiramisu
Step14:Electric rice cooker is really versatile. Make the most of it
Cooking tips:The key to Qifeng cake is that the protein should be strong enough to cook well.
