Step1:Slice beef tenderloin. Add some cooking wine, ginger powder, salt, black pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, starch and mix well. Then add the scallion section and marinate. Add salt, water and yeast to the flour and knead it into a smooth dough. Cover with a damp cloth and let it ferment in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step2:The fermented dough is rolled into a square on the oiled chopping board, brushed with a layer of oil and sprinkled with five fragrant powder.
Step3:Roll the dough into a cylindrical shape, cut it into four equal parts, pinch each side tightly, and roll it into a small round cake with a diameter of about 10cm.
Step4:Brush water on both sides of the small round cake. Put it on the white sesame and press it. Let it be covered with sesame on both sides.
Step5:Preheat the electric pancake pan. Brush a layer of oil. Put in the pancake embryo. Bake for 4 minutes.
