I'm not from Northeast China. But after four years of University in Northeast China, I often want to eat northeast food when I go home. Disanxian is one of them. In fact, this dish is simple and delicious. You can try it all. It doesn't really take a lot of oil to make this dish.
Step1:Wash and cut green peppe

Step5:In the small bowl, pour in a spoon of soy sauce, sugar and salt. I also add a little pepper powder (pepper can be put directly if there is one at home). Then stir fry the dried pepper and garlic with hot oil and pour in.
Step6:Pour in the oil of potatoes. Add potatoes and stir repeatedly. Stir fry the potatoes and put them into the pot. Do not add any more oil. Stir fry the eggplant in the pot.
Step7:Stir fry eggplant and serve. Then pour potatoes and green peppers into the pot. Add two-thirds of the water. Add half spoon salt and stir fry.
Step8:Finally, pour the eggplant into the pot and stir fry together. Then pour another third of the water into the pot. Simmer for two minutes and the pot will come out.
Cooking tips:1 don't pour a lot of oil. In fact, stir fry potatoes and eggplant for a while. The oil will be stir fried. It won't absorb a lot. 2 at first, stir fry the vegetables separately and then dish them out. At last, put in potatoes and green peppers because they are slightly difficult to taste. Add salt and seasoning to taste in advance. Finally, add eggplant and simmer for a while. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
