I like to eat the curry, potato and beef buns from the baozi shop downstairs. But my mother can't make baozi. It's good to stew directly with a bowl of rice.

Cooking tips:I pressed the beef tendon for 25 minutes in the pressure cooker. If I use the beef brisket, I can subtract 5 minutes. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
