This dish is not complicated. I wrote it too carefully.
Step1:Soak dry pepper in white vinegar for 20 minutes.

Step8:Stir fry the green and red pepper.
Step9:Add in the onion, ginger and garlic and continue to stir fry to give the fragrance.
Step10:Stir fry the fried tofu string.
Step11:Oyster sauc
Step12:Join in the fresh sauc
Step13:Add celer
Step14:Add sesame. Peanu
Step15:Finally put in green garlic (garlic sprouts). Chicken essence can be out of the pot.
Step16:Finished product.
Cooking tips:Don't turn the beancurd string when it is put into the pot. Wait until it is set and then turn it. Don't worry about pickled peppers. Vinegar will evaporate when heated at high temperature. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
