Every time I get lettuce, I'm reluctant to throw the fresh lettuce leaves away. I'll find a way to eat them.
Step1:The tail of lettuce. The freshest leaf place is about 10cm. Wash it. Then half open it in the middl
Step2:Boil the water. Put it in and heat it for two minutes. The lettuce in the middle is almost half cooked. Remove it and wash it in cold water. Wring it out (leaves can't be broken). Cut it with a knife (as shown in the picture)
Step3:Put oil in the wok. Put hot pepper and garlic (chopped first) and stir fry until fragrant. Put in lettuce leaves. Stir fry for a few times. Put in a little salt and monosodium glutamate. Stir fry for a few times. Cover the wok for 12 minutes. Start the wok.
Step4:The picture of the finished product is not good, but it's delicious. It's sweet and refreshing
Cooking tips:Don't burn it too long or the leaves will rot (the lettuce in the middle is half cooked best). When you stir fry it, taste the light salt before you cover the pot. When it's stuffy, it can't be too long (the pot cover is hot enough). There are skills for making good dishes.
