I miss the omelette stall on the road in my hometown of Northeast China. I grew up with you. Now in the south, I can't eat it. I happened to see a long unused electric cake Dang at home. I can try it. First time. Not so many pictures. Excuse me.
Step1:Warm water noodle. Pour in warm water slowly while stirring with chopsticks until it becomes paste. Scoop it up with a spoon and slowly pour it down into a straight line.
Step2:Brush a thin layer of oil on the top and bottom of the electric cake pan. Scoop out a large spoon of paste and spread it out. I use the back of the spoon to smooth it out. Close the lid.
Step3:Half a minute or so, open the lid, beat an egg, smooth the egg liquid, and then use a shovel to lift the upside down. Brush a layer of Korean hot sauce. Sprinkle with scallion, black pepper and cumin. Add ham and lettuc
Step4:Roll it up. Ha ha.
Cooking tips:My hometown in Northeast China needs to put crispy skin or fried dough sticks. Unfortunately not. Next time you are ready to cook, you have skills.
