Step7:Pour in the mold quickly. Shake a few times to produce bubbles. Put in the oven quickly. 150 ℃ for 60 minutes. Pay attention to how fast you can beat the egg white.
Step8:After the cake is baked, turn it upside down and let it cool. Demould. It's three pieces across.
