One of my wife's favorite dishes. It's more hemp than normal.
Step1:Chop pickled peppers and ginger together. Cut tofu and shallo
Step2:The tofu will taste when it's over water. Then it's ready to use
Step3:Oil the minced meat, pickled peppers, pickled ginger, bean paste and stir fry until fragrant. Then add a small amount of water, salt, monosodium glutamate and tofu
Step4:Simmer over low heat for two minutes. Thicken the sauce and start the pot. Sprinkle a handful of pepper noodles and shallot on the noodles.
Cooking tips:You can add a small amount of pepper oil if you eat it numbly. Those pickled ginger and pickled peppers can't be weighed. Adjust them according to your own taste. I have skills in cooking delicious food.
