One of my wife's favorite dishes. It's more hemp than normal.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Chop pickled peppers and ginger together. Cut tofu and shallo

  2. Step2:The tofu will taste when it's over water. Then it's ready to use

  3. Step3:Oil the minced meat, pickled peppers, pickled ginger, bean paste and stir fry until fragrant. Then add a small amount of water, salt, monosodium glutamate and tofu
