Sesame and kelp are more nutritious together.
Step1:Wash the drumsticks and boil them with water. 15 to 20 minutes after the water is boiled. Chopsticks can be easily pierced through. Add more water if you want more soup. Remove the chicken leg and let it cool.
Step2:The dried kelp will foam half an hour in advance. It won't take too long. The amount of dried kelp depends on you. If you like, put more kelp. If you mainly drink soup, put less kelp. After the hair is done, cut it into small pieces with scissors.
Step3:Slice the onion. Put a little sesame oil in the pot. Stir fry the onion.
Step4:Put in the cut kelp. Stir fry for a while.
Step5:Add chicken soup. Simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes. If kelp is that thick, simmer more often.
Step6:After the chicken is stewed and cooled, tear it into chicken shreds. Don't be too thin.
Step7:Add shredded chicken and stew for a while. Add a little soy sauce and salt. Stew for two or three minutes to get out of the pot.
Step8:When it's out of the bowl, scatter some sesame seeds on the surface.
