Braised bamboo shoots without soy sauce
Step1:Prepare the main ingredients.
Step2:Cut the bamboo shoots and peppers.
Step3:Boil the water in the pot. Open the water and blanch the bamboo shoots.
Step4:Hot oil in a cold pot. Add the scallion and saute.
Step5:Stir fry the bamboo shoots.
