Stir fry the ketchup and minced garlic together in the oil pan. Then pour in the fried prawns. Thicken them. Wrap them in the sweet and sour soup. Suck the shells back and forth before eating. Step1:Cut prawns with prawn thread; cut scallion, ginger and garlic. Set aside.
