This dried Chinese toon is full of childhood memories. Every spring when I was a child, my mother would break off the tender Chinese toon buds, marinate them with salt, dry them and store them in the sun. Stir fried bacon for us. It's very delicious.
Step1:This is the tender Chinese toon bud I broke off in my hometown in the countryside.
Step2:Use scissors to cut off the slightly old part of the root of the Chinese toon bud.
Step3:Cut all the Chinese toon buds in turn.
Step4:Sprinkle the salt evenly on the treated Chinese toon buds.
Step5:Use your hands to rub the Chinese toon buds thoroughly and wilt. (remember to clean your hands before rubbing them.)
Step6:Knead and marinate for an hour. Let the Toon buds taste good.
Step7:Put the pickled Chinese toon buds in the fan Gong and rice frame and dry them in the sun. It's about three days in the sun when it's sunny
Step8:After drying, it can be sealed and stored in a fresh-keeping bag.
Step9:When eating dry Chinese toon, soak it in hot water in advance.
