Step4:Stir fry until the pot is sticky, then add water. Cover the pot and heat it up. It's OK to level the chicken or submerge it a little bit.
Step5:The soup will be served when it's cooked to the last point. Say a little. If the person who has just cooked is a little unsure that the fire will dry up. So don't burn it to the end like me. You can burn it until there is still some soup left. Open the lid of the pot and stir fry it for a few times. It's not easy to paste the bottom.
