Simple. Nutritious
Step1:1. wash the sweet potato, peel it, slice it, put it into a bowl, and then put it into a steamer. Steam it with water in the pot. 2. After the sweet potato is cooked, press it into the mud with a spoon. Then mix it with a proper amount of flour. Then sprinkle some salt on it and knead it into a dough. Tip - don't drain. The sweet potato has enough water. 3. Knead into dough. Then wake up for 5 minutes.
Step2:4. Then prepare some white noodles. Press the dough into thin slices without sticking. Cut into noodles. It's better to have noodle machines. If not, manually roll the dough bar and press it into pieces for cutting. The white surface is not sticky, as shown in the figure.
Step3:5. Heat the cooking oil in the pot. Stir in the prepared onion, ginger and celery. Drain water, salt and add some fresh soy sauce. Then boil. Put the noodles in and cook.
