I made a roast lamb in the oven. I can just use my Nang at home to make another Nang stir fried barbecue. It's a dish of Xinjiang flavor.

Cooking tips:Cumin must be added. If you like spicy food, you can sprinkle some chili powder. The Nang needs to be fried until it's crisp. It has a burnt flavor. Onion and pepper can be ignored. Stir fry the fried Nang and barbecue directly. If there is no ready-made barbecue at home, you can fry the raw mutton in the pot until it is slightly burnt. Add cumin, pepper powder and salt to make it ready for use. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
