It's usually boiled. It's very hard. Today I recommend a simple, easy to learn and delicious one. It takes a long time.
Step1:Wash meat skin to remove fat and impuritie
Step2:Boil the skin (use a larger basin. Try not to use water over the skin). Pluck the hair (it's very troublesome. It's recommended that you use tweezers. Be patient
Step3:Wash the skin and cut into thin strips about 1cm wide and 34cm long.
Step4:Add water to the skin, boil it, skim off the white foam floating on the surface (try to skim it as much as possible) and pour it into the thermos (it can also be other containers that can be sealed) (we are advised to pour in the hot water first, and put the skin one spoon at a time). Wrap the stopper with the plastic wrap, cover it, and put it aside for standing.
Step5:After about 6-8 hours, pour it into the large basin from the thermos bottle. After cooling, put the plastic bag on it and put it in the refrigerator freezer or outside the window (when it's cold), and let it stand still.
Step6:When it's frozen, take it out. Cut it. Eat it.
Cooking tips:When you take it, you have to be careful to cook delicious dishes.
