The second course of fitness series. Salmon and yoghurt egg match. Excellent.
Step1:Beat 5 eggs. Cut the green part of the shallot into scallions. Sprinkle in the eggs. Add some salt and stir. Mix the scallions and eggs completely.
Step2:Salmon 150g. Wash. Heat the oil in the pan and turn to low heat. Fry salmon slowly until both sides are slightly scorched. 68min. Add some salt.
Step3:In the hot pot, the cold oil and oil should be less. Let the whole pan run through enough oil (you can directly use the leftover salmon without washing the pan). Turn the small heat until the oil is hot and pour in the egg onion liquid. Turn the pan to make it adhere evenly. Wait for the bottom of the egg cake to be golden. The egg liquid on the top is completely solidified. Start the pan.
Step4:Take a big plate. Spread the omelet. Put the salmon pieces on it and scoop up some spoons of old yogurt on it. Cover it with the other half of the omelet. Decorate with blueberries and lettuce.
Cooking tips:Salmon is rich in oil. You don't need too much oil to fry. If it's not sticky, you can fry it directly. If it's ordinary, you can brush a little oil. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
