Step1:Pour water into the pot. Bring to a boil over high heat. Add in the cleaned millet.
Step2:Boil again in high heat. Skim off the surface froth. Turn the heat to low for 20 minutes. Stir once with a spoon to prevent the paste from bottoming. Cook for another 10 minutes. If you want a thicker taste, cook for about 10 minutes.
