I've been thinking about Mr. Ma's pig's hoof. But I'm so disappointed by the second brush. How can I be embarrassed by such a small thing as a qualified foodie?
Step1:Cut pig's hooves into small pieces and wash them. Blanch them with boiling water. Take out cold water and wash away impurities.
Step2:Pour a little water into the pot. 3 tablespoons sugar. Stir fry until brown.

Step7:Start the pot again and put in the oil. Add garlic, scallion, pepper, dried pepper and stir fry cumin over low heat.
Step8:Add pig's hoof and seasoning and stir fry. Sprinkle cumin and sesame on the plate finally.
