This pizza doesn't need to be mixed with noodles. It doesn't need to be fermented. The finished product is sweet, soft, waxy and brushed. Once it's out of the oven, it's gone. One is not enough to eat. It's delicious.
Step1:Prepare material
Step2:Peel, wash and slice the purple potato. Steam it in the steamer
Step3:Add the steamed purple potato to the condensed milk. Beat it into a fine mud with a cooking stick
Step4:Spread the purple sweet potato puree evenly on the pizza plate. Use the spoon to compact it
Step5:Sprinkle with grated chees
Step6:Put it in the preheated oven. Heat it up and down for 200 degrees. Heat the middle layer for 1315 minutes. Bake until the cheese melts to golden yellow

Cooking tips:The temperature and time of the oven are for reference only. We still depend on our own oven temper. I use this baking plate as a 9-inch non stick shallow pizza plate. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
