Squid is one of my favorite seafood. No matter it's squid whisker, squid head, squid board, or baking, frying, stewing, frying, it's delicious. Because of my love for squid, I figured out a new way to eat fried squid rice. I put the rice fried with squid into the squid tube. After the toothpick is sealed, I wrap the egg liquid and bread bran. I fry the crispy skin and slice it. It tastes like a fried squid ring with stuffing. It's delicious. You may try it.
Step1:After thawing the frozen squid, grab the head and drag out the internal organs. Remove the cartilage from the squid tube for use. Squeeze out the parrot's beak on the head. Roll the sucker on the squid. Rinse it and cut it into pieces. Meanwhile, prepare mixed vegetables (diced carrots, green beans and corn kernels) for use. Tips - don't break the ink bag when pulling the internal organs, or it will be troublesome to wash. The fresh squid should be green. I took this to my mother's house during the Spring Festival. She didn't eat it and brought it back. So the color is slightly red. It's not so fresh. But it's frozen all the time. It doesn't affect eating.
Step2:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Stir fry the shallot flowers. Pour in the assorted vegetables. Stir fry until cooked. Add the shredded squid whiskers. Add a little salt and cooking wine and stir well. Then pour in rice. Add salt and stir fry well. With the help of a funnel, put the fried rice into the squid tube. Tips - if you like spicy food, you can also add a small amount of chili sauce or chili powder to fried rice. The taste is better.
Step3:Just plug it into the state as shown in the figure. Seal the mouth with toothpick. Roll the squid tube in the starch. Then roll it in the egg liquid. Roll all the parts to. Tip - when you put fried rice in it, you must pack it and compact it. Otherwise, it will scatter when slicing later. But don't put too much into it, lest the squid tube burst in case of heat contraction.
Step4:Finally, roll in the breadcrumb. Shake off the extra part. Put it into an oil pan with an oil temperature of about 120 degrees. Fry until golden brown and float out. Spin off the toothpick. Slice it and eat it. Tip - be sure to reach the oil temperature. Put it in and fry it quickly. Don't fry it too old. Fried rice with stuffing is cooked. Just fry the skin. Tips - you can also squeeze a little garlic sauce or tomato sauce, sweet and sour sauce on the surface. It depends on your taste. When cutting, be sure to use a sharp knife. Don't grind it. Otherwise, it will squeeze out the fried rice.
