Of all the burger styles in M's book, my favorite double-layer cheeseburger. It's super satisfying to bite it down. These days, there are hamburgers and minced beef at home. So I made one by myself. I saw the recipe of this hamburger in a Japanese food book. The steps of the original recipe are a little tedious. So I simplified it a little. It's not bad. Would you like to try it?
Step1:First, make beef pancake. Add egg, breadcrumb, milk, salt, soy sauce and black pepper to the minced beef. Mix well. Then stir in one direction.
Step2:Divide the mixed beef stuffing into four equal parts, flatten it into a circle with the palm of your hand. (if you feel sticky, you can apply cooking oil on your hands to prevent sticking.) Note that each piece should be thinned and pressed as much as possible, because the beef patty will shrink and thicken later.
Step3:Heat up the oil in a saucepan. Put in the beef patty.
Step4:Fry each side for about a minute or two.
Step5:Cut the cabbage and onion into thin shreds. Then mix them with salad dressing.
Step6:Put ketchup on one of the burgers. Then add cabbage and onion shreds.
Step7:Add two more slices of cut tomatoes.
Step8:At last, put on the beef cake, cheese piece and beef cake in turn. It's done.
Cooking tips:1. This recipe can make two double beef bunkers. 2. When making beef pancakes, make sure that each piece is pressed as thin as possible. If it feels sticky, you can apply oil on your hands to operate. 3. If there are more beef patties to be made at one time, they can be frozen in the refrigerator first, then they can be taken out for thawing and frying when they need to be eaten. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
