Step1:Cut streaky pork and fish out after boilin
Step2:Slice ginger, cut chili, cut scallion, and lay them all on the bottom of the autoclav
Step3:Pour in the spare streaky pork on the scallion. Pour in the rice wine (because I didn't have rice wine, I used cooking wine instead). Pour in the sugar, raw soy sauce and old soy sauce
Step4:Put it in a pressure cooker and press for 40 minutes. It will be soft, fat but not greasy when it comes out of the cooker. It will melt in the mouth
