Step16:Preheat the oven 195 degrees in advance. Put on silica gel gloves. Soak the frozen dough in alkaline water for 20 seconds.
Step17:Put the dough in the baking tray.
Step18:Cut a cut with a sharp knife at the thicker part of the dough.
Step19:Sprinkle with baking salt.
Step20:Bake for 20 minutes at 195 degrees. Bake until the 8th minute. Cover with tin foil.
