Step1:Steamed bacon for 30 minute
Step2:Steamed bacon slice
Step3:Sliced garlic mos
Step4:Sliced garlic. Sliced ginge
Step5:Heat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the garlic until it's broken. Set aside
Step6:Reheat the oil in the pot. Stir fry the garlic slices, ginger slices and dried pepper
Step7:Pour bacon slices into the pot. Stir over medium low heat for about half a minut
Step8:Stir fry the garlic mos
Step9:Then pour in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and salt. Stir well
Step10:Done.
Cooking tips:1. Don't be eager for steamed bacon. Wait until it is completely cool before cutting. It can be cut neatly and beautifully. 2. Bacon itself is salty. So be careful when adding salt. Taste and add it properly. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
