I only love this way of braised meat. No spices, no water. Only beer and brown sugar. Quail eggs are super delicious. Fat but not greasy. It's super simple. The more you eat, the more you love it.
Step1:1. Pot pork in cold water. Add ginger, onion and cooking wine and cook for about 10 minutes. Remove.
Step2:2. Boil quail eggs. Peel them. Put them in water. Wash them. 3. Cut the boiled streaky pork into small pieces. Put quail eggs, old soy sauce, raw soy sauce, brown sugar and beer in the pot.
Step3:4. Cover it. Boil it in high heat. Keep it low for an hour and a half. Make sure to use the lowest fire. 5. An hour and a half later. Open the lid. Turn the fire to collect the juice. The soup will be thick. Don't burn it too dry.
