Lettuce has a fresh taste. It combines the taste of chicken. I've always loved braised pork.
Step1:Blanch the chicken. Boil the foam over high heat. Scoop out the chicken. Cut lettuce and set aside. I use the pure sesame oil from my home to make a pot of hot oil. I use the ginger slices, the section with shallot head, bean paste, green pepper, a flap of chopped garlic and chopped chili to make it fragrant (the dried chili I bought is especially spicy for some reason, but I dare to add a little bit. It will not be too spicy even if it has a taste).
Step2:Chicken. Add oyster sauce, soy sauce, pepper noodles. Stir fry for three or four minutes. Add boiling water to the chicken. Turn the heat to cover the pot and simmer for at least 15 minutes.
Step3:Remove the lid and put in the lettuce head. Continue to cover the pot and simmer for 8 minutes. Remove the lid, put salt and stir fry. Don't put too much salt. The bean paste and raw soy sauce in front are salty.
Step4:Start the pot, put the onion and sprinkle the white sesame. Anyway, no matter how many minutes of stewing, remember to observe whether the water is dried.
Step5:This is the best braised chicken.
