Step1:Wash and dry chicken breast. Cut into 1.5cm Stir in water starch (2 tbsp. 30ml) and soy sauce (1 tbsp. 15ml). Marinate for 20 minutes.
Step2:In the small bowl, add the water powder (1 tablespoons.15ml), soy sauce (1 tablespoon.15ml), salt, sugar and cooking wine.
Step3:Pick up some peppers and peppers from Huang Feihong's spicy peanuts for use.
Step4:Pour some oil into the pot. When it's 60% hot, put the marinated chicken into the pot. Quickly stir fry until it's scattered. Over oil for about half a minute. When the chicken is cooked, remove and drain the oil.

Cooking tips:I really like kung pao chicken. I tried to make it back then. But I can't master the fire of fried peanuts. Every time it's either burnt or not crispy. Peanuts are not delicious. This dish is a failure. Very angry.. I've come up with a simple way to make this kung pao chicken. I've got rid of the trouble of fried peanuts. It's so bright that I have skills in making delicious dishes.
