Step1:Soak the spareribs in clear water. Drain the blood. Peel and wash the fresh lotus seeds. Peel lotus root, wash and cut into thick slices. Ginger slices.
Step2:Add water to the casserole. Boil and put in ginger slices and ribs. Slow stew over medium heat. During stewing, skim off the froth and add 1 spoon of cooking wine. Add lotus root and lotus seed into the thick white soup. Continue to stew until the ribs are soft and rotten. Season with salt.
