Step4:Put oil in the pan. Fry the meat when it's 80% hot. Fry it for the first time until it's white. The shredded meat won't stick together. Take it out. Fry the second time. Fry until golden. (this step is very important. Time and fire need to be controlled by oneself. Meat will grow old after a long time. So it's necessary to fry twice.
Step5:Leave the oil in the pot. Add a piece of ginger and stir fry. Add in the sweet and sour juice until it's bubbling and thick. Add in the fried tenderloin. Wrap the soup evenly and let it out of the pot.
Cooking tips:When making sweet and sour juice, you can increase the proportion of various seasonings according to the amount of meat. After practice, if the sugar and vinegar are juicy, they will be delicious. If they are less, they can't evenly wrap the meat in delicious soup. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
