Bao is about to start school. In order to thank me for making more than n delicious food for her during the summer vacation and to express my missing in the coming months, I made this troublesome Risotto with my own hands. The following ingredients are for 2 persons.
Step1:Pumpkin peeled. 80g diced. 120g shredded; onion diced; carrot diced; bacon diced; shallot cut into onion.
Step2:Take the butter, heat it and melt it. Stir fry with pumpkin cubes for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Step4:Add rum to the above materials. Stir until the liquid evaporates completel
Step5:Add thick soup. One spoon at a time. Fry dry and then add another spoon of soup. The process is estimated to be 25-30 minutes. (at this time, the rice should be cooked. If you think it's a bit raw, cover it and simmer.
Step6:Stir fry diced bacon and shredded carrot for 2 minute
Step7:Stir fry the diced pumpkin. Stir fry the chopped green onion.
Cooking tips:Use a small fire all the way. Otherwise, I'll dry the soup early. Rice is hard hearted. If you don't like meat, you don't need bacon. It's delicious. I don't like meat. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
