Step1:Dice the shrimp and tofu, chop the onion and garli
Step2:Add some olive oil to the hot pot. Stir fry the chopped onion and garli
Step3:Stir fry the beans and shrimps over medium heat for 1 minute, then add the tofu granules
Step4:Add three tablespoons of stock (or water). Add salt and pepper. Shake the pot to make the material mix evenly
Step5:Stew over low heat until the soup is thick and white. Add in the thickened sauce made of water starch and mix well.
Cooking tips:Tofu should not be cooked together with spinach and shallot. It will produce calcium oxalate which is easy to form stones. Tofu should not be eaten together with honey, water bamboo shoot, pig liver. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
