Step1:Chinese yam peeled, washed and cut into hob pieces, pork slices, cleaned and prepared, green pepper dice

Cooking tips:1. If the yam is not used immediately after peeling and cutting, it is better to soak it in water with white vinegar to prevent oxidation and discoloration. 2. In step 7, the sugar is crushed into foam and then it is easier to stir fry. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
