I like Starbucks' red bean muffins very much. Every time I drink coffee ashes, I will order one. But what do I want to do at home? So I decided to make it myself. I think this muffin is similar to Sikang. But I think it should be added with baking soda. So I adjusted it with Sikang's prescription. After two experiments, I got the formula. I feel it is very close to Starbucks from appearance to taste.
Step1:Prepare all kinds of material
Step2:Mix the flour. Cut the butter into small cubes while it's hard. Rub with two claws. Rub the butter away as much as possible. Make it into cornmeal
Step3:Break up the eggs. Leave a little at the bottom of the bowl and brush the noodles. Pour the rest into the basin. Mix slightly and then add the milk in several times. Until there is no dry powder
Step4:Roughly form a dough. Fold it several times, and then divide it into two sizes. Roll them into round cakes by hand
Step5:Spread bean paste on the big pancakes. Leave a circle on the edg
Step6:Then cover the small one. Turn up the side of the big one and knead it with the side of the small one. Then turn over and press it into a big round one.
Step7:Brush the surface with the egg liquid just left. Spread the peas (press them into the dough with your hands, or they will fall off after baking) and sprinkle them with crispy grains
Step8:Divide into 6 parts. Relax for 30 minute
Step9:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes to your favorite color. It's best to eat while it's hot. Keep it sealed after it's cold. Microwave it for 30 seconds before eating.
